We hope you love your Otherworldly order. However, if your purchase isn’t suitable, we are happy to offer a refund within 14 days. Goods must be in suitable packaging and in perfect, resalable condition. Customers must request a refund within 14 days of receiving their order by emailing us.
We are unable to cover shipping costs for returns. Customers must arrange for the item(s) to be returned themselves and at their own cost. I suggest using a tracked service for peace of mind.
Personalised items, custom-printed fabrics, and wallpapers are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged. If you need assistance with damages or incorrect items, please contact us (at email address) within 7 days of delivery.
